In business word, Consumers has many factors for decide to buy goods or services. For sure, they have to wants/needs/ desires to use goods or services. However, consumer has different needs. Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs can explain the human’s needs. Maslow told me that there are 5 orders of human’s needs.
1. Physiological needs
2. Safety needs
3. Belongingness and Love needs
4. Self-Esteem needs
5. Self-actualization needs
Consumers buy goods or services for serve their needs in different orders of human’s needs as Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs show to me.
Business is a combination of war and sport.
